Other Important information for ADAFZ formation
- In the case of a corporate shareholder, the document must be legalised at the UAE Embassy.
- Shareholders or directors who desire to obtain a UAE residency visa for the firm must return after receiving the licence, immigration card, and entry permission to have the visa stamped on their passports, and may be required to stay in the UAE for 5 to 7 working days as the process can take time.
